Wise Warriors ♡

Wednesdays

Stay active, have fun and enjoy some good company with Wise Warriors at Christchurch Conservative Club.

These friendly weekly keep-fit sessions are all about movement, fitness and feeling good, in a relaxed and sociable atmosphere. A great way to keep moving, meet new people and enjoy exercising together.

Classes are £6 per session, Pay As You Go, so there’s no long-term commitment — simply come along and join in.

Members Night

7th November

Members’ Night at Christchurch Conservative Club.

Join us for a fantastic Members’ Night
with Cutting Edge rock / pop tribute band.

Tickets are just £10 and include two free drinks!

Plus the chance for three lucky winners to each win £100 in free drinks! There will also be a raffle and our £250 Safecracker competition.

Delicious food will be available for just £5, with a choice of stew, jacket potato or ploughman’s.

Remembrance Sunday

8th November

Join us as we come together to mark Remembrance Sunday, honouring the sacrifice of those who served and remembering those who gave their lives.

We’ll be serving a special Remembrance Sunday Brunch from 8:30am–10:30am, with two brunches for £15, including tea or coffee. 2 bacon, 2 sausages, 2 eggs, beans and chips.

All are welcome, and as a small gesture of thanks, veterans in uniform or wearing a HM Armed Forces Veterans' Badge will receive a free drink.

A morning of good food, good company and remembrance as our community comes together to remember them.

Turkey and Tinsel Festive Break

13th November

Get into the Christmas spirit with a 5-day, 4-night Turkey & Tinsel break at Daish’s Imperial Hotel in Eastbourne.

Enjoy a relaxing festive getaway by the sea with dinner, bed and breakfast included, along with nightly entertainment. A great opportunity to enjoy some early Christmas celebrations, good food and good company.

Geoffrey Sadler Memorial Competition

15th November

Join us as we come together to remember Geoffrey Sadler and celebrate his life, friendship and love of sport.

Competition start times: Darts and Snooker at 12:30pm, followed by Pool at 1:30pm. Entry is £10 per competition, with trophies for the winners and runners-up.
Add your name to the relevant competition entry sheet at the club and place your entry fee in the envelope provided.

All are welcome — whether competing, supporting or simply joining us to remember Geoffrey.

Covent Garden Christmas Market
6th December

Join us for a festive day out in the heart of London as Covent Garden is transformed for Theatre of Christmas, with spectacular decorations, thousands of twinkling lights and its magnificent Christmas tree.

Enjoy plenty of free time to explore the Festive Market and Apple Market, browse the shops and stalls for Christmas gifts, enjoy some seasonal food and drink, or simply soak up the wonderful Christmas atmosphere.

Members’ Christmas Draw 2026

It’s time for one of the Club’s biggest events of the year.

With a fantastic selection of prizes up for grabs, including drinks, chocolates, gifts, hampers and much more, there are plenty of chances to come away a winner.

Tickets are just £1 for a strip of five, so make sure you get yours and join us for the draw.

Christmas Lunch

Enjoy a traditional three-course Christmas meal with friends and fellow members in the Club.

Starters include a choice of Prawn Cocktail with Lemon & Prosecco Sauce or Creamy Garlic Mushrooms on Toasted Ciabatta.

For the main course, choose from Traditional Christmas Turkey, Roasted Beef or Nut Roast (V), served with Sage & Onion Stuffing Balls, Roasted Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables and Yorkshire Pudding.

Finish with a choice of Traditional Christmas Pudding with Creamy Custard or Berry Meringue Cheesecake.

Christmas Lunch Tunes

Following our Christmas Meal, young local DJ Josh Wilcox (DJ Josh W) will be keeping the festive celebrations going with a great mix of music.

Josh is a talented young DJ just starting out, bringing plenty of energy and a fresh approach to the decks.

Expect a mixed set spanning the decades, with everything from 80s & 90s disco, soul and ska to 2000s favourites and classic dance-floor fillers.

Something for everyone — and plenty to get you up dancing after Christmas lunch!
