  • club officers, committee members, employees or authorised volunteers who need it to deal with your enquiry;

  • Google, where you consent to Google Calendar or Google Maps content being loaded;
  • Meta/Facebook, where you consent to embedded Facebook content being loaded or choose to follow a Facebook link; and
  • professional advisers, regulators, public authorities or law-enforcement bodies where required or permitted by law.
         
We do not sell personal information.
 
5. International transfers
Some external service providers, including Google and Meta, may process information outside the United Kingdom. 6. How long we keep information
We normally retain routine website enquiries for up to 12 months after the enquiry has been resolved. We may retain information for longer where it becomes part of a membership, contractual, financial, complaint, safeguarding or legal record, in line with the club's applicable retention requirements. Technical security logs are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for security and fault investigation.
